How often will my mail be sent?

The option is yours. Most opt to send their mail on a monthly basis, yet others choose a quarterly delivery schedule (February, May, August, and November).

All mail is sent on approximately the 15th of each month. First time orders received after the 1st of the month will be mailed the following month. (ie: Order placed August 2, first mailing is September 15; Order placed August 28, first mailing September 15)

How will the child know the delivery is from me?

Each letter will be personalized, including the name of the child in your life and your name, as the sender.

Can I customize the letter myself?

At this time, SparkSprite will craft each letter from the heart, making it special for each child. View a sample letter.

How much will this cost?

The SparkSprite program costs only $10 a month, including tax and shipping fees.

How can I pay for this service?

Most customers pay using a credit card. Your credit card will be charged monthly – you simply input your information on our secure site. Or, if you'd prefer, you can either sign up for a 6 or 12 month subscription program or select PayPal as your payment method.

What sorts of gifts are sent?

Our choice of gift, each month, is always dependent upon the time of year. For example, the child in your life may receive a pencil case in September, for back-to-school, while their June gift might be an inflatable beach ball. Please note that SparkSprite will never send any food item or toy weapons.

Am I able to send an extra letter for my child's birthday?

SparkSprite knows how special a youngster's birthday is, so we will send a birthday postcard – free of charge! You may choose to upgrade the postcard to a musical birthday card that plays a festive song when opened.

Will I be notified when my child receives the letter and gift?

When the package is shipped, you will be notified instantly via email. This email will also alert you to the gift you sent your child. Since all SparkSprite items are sent from Northern California, through United States Postal Service, please allow 4-5 days for delivery. Although this is a rare occurrence, if your child does not receive a letter or gift in 10 business days, we will assume the package was lost and will be more than happy to resend your order.

Does the child have to be a certain age to receive a SparkSprite mailing?

Through our experience, we recommend sending to children ages 4-10 years old. Naturally, every child has a different maturity level, so the choice is ultimately yours. For liability reasons, and in following the manufacturers' warning for our gifts items, we can not give consent to sending these gifts to children 3 years and younger.

If I sign up more than one child per household, do they each get their own mailing?

Yes, every child you sign up gets their own personalized mail regardless of any other children who might also be receiving one at the same address. We will only send one name per envelope. We have found that all kids like to receive their own mail.

Can mail be sent to a child who lives outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. We want to understand the wishes of our customers, however, so please send all comments and suggestions to info@sparksprite.com.

Does SparkSprite sell its mailing lists to other companies?

No. We value the special relationship you have with your child and respect your privacy, and the child's, to the fullest. SparkSprite does not and will never sell our valued customer's information to outside companies.

Can I send some mail on a monthly basis and then to other children have it sent quarterly?

Yes, but at this time it can only be done when you enter your information twice, and with a second e-mail address. Re-occurring billing only works when all kids are on a monthly or quarterly program. We are working hard to correct this issue. Thank you for your patience.
